Ella - 10 months

EGADS!
(I used that word just for Cary because he loves it so) ☺
Ella is 10 months old today. I'd go cry in the corner, but really I'm supposed to be cleaning and packing instead of taking pictures and posting them. Heh.
Sorry for the Ella overload in advance. Sort of.
Hmmm....lets see. What is she doing these days?
She says "momma" and "dadda" although I'm not going to say that she actually knows what they mean, she just likes the reaction when she says them. Likes to clap and point at people and it's especially great if they point back. Guess it's her version of a "high five".
She's got 7 teeth right now and she's trying to pull herself up onto things. (She did pull herself up on the side of the tub once) Still doesn't crawl the "right" way, she likes to scoot around.
I think she gets spunkier everyday
and she's so much fun to have around.
Even now that I'm having to constantly get her out of all of my cupboards. ☺
Did I mention what a pain in the rear it is to take her picture?
Girl won't sit still longer than 3 seconds, so I have to give her something to occupy her for a moment.

Spring Is In the Air!

The pollen laden air is killing me, but it sure is pretty outside.
Side Story: On this walk we stopped by a soda vending machine so Cary could get a soda. He took a drink and noticed that it was not sweet at all, then he checked the expiration date:
 September 2008.
Bwahahaha.
Disgusting.

Zoo Day

The weather has been great so we hit the zoo the other day with Dan and Melanie. (Heather joined us later on)
Ella was not quite sure what the hat was all about.
My kids are looking so old/ big these days, what's the deal?

How cute is Jaydon?

The baby elephant that I've blogged about before. ☺
It was cute watching it play with its toys.

Don't miss your chance to tell me what to do. (Doesn't mean I'll do it, but you can give your opinion) ☺

Show Day

Friday was the state show at Ogden. I was debating all week whether or not I should go on show day since that's a good hour drive and I would be going by myself with two kids.
Trust me, it wasn't the drive that I was worried about, it was spending the whole day with two little ones away from home with no one to help me. At a cow show.☺
I decided to make it a game day decision, and on Friday morning after much debate with myself I decided it would be fun to see the people that would be there and I knew Aidan would enjoy it, so we headed to Ogden.
It helped that the weather was nice that day, if it had been crappy weather there would have been no need to make a decision.
Aidan was happy to see everyone and he really enjoyed helping Christian out all day,
and playing on Christians ipod.
Dad, Ben and Crystal brought the animals in, Chandra and Christian came in later to help with show day.
Christian babying his heifer
and Crystal hard at work.
Since I had no one with me to watch the kids I didn't take many photos of the actual show, i.e. cows. I usually do that for dad and Ben to look at later since show day is so crazy and you don't remember everything.
I did get pictures of her as usual. ☺
I know it doesn't look like Christian was working, but he was on poop duty, so he really was doing something even though we did our best to distract him.
Group class, last class of the day!
We did end up having a good day, the kids were good, and since Cary works up around that area he was able to stop by too. (I can't believe he drives that every day!)
