Gifts of the Spirit

On Sunday, which was the actual day of Shavuot,
(Leviticus 23:15-16- "You shall count seven full weeks from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering. 16You shall count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath. Then you shall present a grain offering of new grain to the LORD.)
we did the wave offering with the grain offering. (Leviticus 23:17-"You shall bring from your dwelling places two loaves of bread to be waved, made of two tenths of an ephah. They shall be of fine flour, and they shall be baked with leaven, as first fruits as a wave offering before the LORD.")
(Leviticus 23:21-And you shall make proclamation on the same day. You shall hold a holy convocation. You shall not do any ordinary work. It is a statute forever in all your dwelling places throughout your generations.)

After the offering everyone is to take a chunk from each loaf to eat.

David was happy to eat bread.
Because we view the offering we just made as a contract between the Lord and his people, it is a wedding like celebration and so we had a wedding banquet afterwards.

Fruit of the Spirit

"The Harvest Yeshua seeks is the fruit of the Spirit"

We started the feast weekend out in the amphitheater at EskDale, even though it was incredibly windy.
The dance team did a wonderful flag presentation. Prepare ye the Way of the Lord

 Congregational dance

 My little drummer boy
The stage backdrop was the Tree of Life with the 7 different fruits

Keeping with the "Fruit of the Spirit" theme... ☺

Hi, my name is Annette, and I like to take pictures of people eating.
Crystal and I working on a cake (Kenneth helped too!)

If you weren't to the feast, you'll have to wait to see the fruit of our harvest until my next installment of pictures. ☺

Kiah leading praise and worship later during the Saturday night meeting

There is a God performed by the children's dance team.

Throughout the weekend, cards (like above) were passed out with the different Fruits of the Spirit and on Saturday night everybody got together with their groups and came up with something to show examples of their fruit.
This was the "Joy" group and they did a skit about "Therefore with "Joie" shall we draw, water from the wells of Salvation. ♪♫
 Faithfulness
I wasn't able to get pictures of all the different groups.

The Feast of Weeks
15 "You shall count seven full weeks from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering. 16You shall count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath. Then you shall present a grain offering of new grain to the LORD. 17You shall bring from your dwelling places two loaves of bread to be waved, made of two tenths of an ephah. They shall be of fine flour, and they shall be baked with leaven, as first fruits as a wave offering before the LORD, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to the LORD for the priest. 21And you shall make proclamation on the same day. You shall hold a holy convocation. You shall not do any ordinary work. It is a statute forever in all your dwelling places throughout your generations.
