The usual Nativity play, candlelight service and dessert potluck.
Aidan was the "guard" this year in the play and Ella was an angel again. (by request)
Cary and Britton had been running fevers all day but they popped over for a minute to see the play but obviously Britton wasn't able to participate as a sheep.
This year was quite different than last year for our kids, they actually wanted to be in the play this year and they were excited about it!
No whining and crying. (Except when I tell them that it's over now and they won't be doing it again until next year.) ☺
