That's what you get...

I wrote in my last post that I wasn't experiencing any heartburn, so for the last two days I've had HORRIBLE heartburn. :D

Ugh.

Maybe it's from all this candy. =P

The weather has been back to beautiful fall weather, but most of the pretty leaves are gone now.  The mornings are much cooler and Ella and Britton get a little stir crazy when the mornings are too cold to go out and play. ☺
Ella definitely seems to be taking it pretty hard the days that Cary is out of town for work. Not sure what we need to do about that, but her behavior has been completely different the days he is gone (and not in a good way!)

24 Weeks

I had an appointment last week, everything seems to be going well. (We're monitoring me a little bit more closely this pregnancy for placenta issues) No issues with heartburn or anything like that yet. (so grateful!)
I pretty much can't pick up Aidan or Ella anymore, and I probably shouldn't carry Britton too much, but he has his own ideas about that. ☺
It's starting to get kind of interesting around here the two days a week that Cary is out of town.

 Have to include a picture of one of the kids joining me in the photo. ☺

Birthday Dinner

 This is how most of the morning looked today and I quickly realized I'm not ready for this kind of weather yet.

 My mom's birthday was the other night and we all got together for a birthday dinner.

23 weeks

 I had a couple of days this week where I asked myself if I was 23 weeks or 33 weeks. Yikes.
                                                                         I feel huge already.

 Britton was busy while Cary was taking my picture...

 unfortunately, we've found the turkey on top of the table dancing. :P  (He's figured out how to move chairs around to make it easier to climb up them)

Video

Probably a video only a mother could love. Ella and Britton were playing catch with Alyshia this afternoon. When Britton would throw the ball he'd clap and throw his hands in the air saying "Yay!". Of course, once I pulled the camera out he stopped doing that...

P.E.

 Part of our daily routine is after naptime in the afternoon around 3:00, we go outside and eat snack. This is the time when the school kids are outside for P.E. and my kids like to watch, or participate. ☺ The end of the first quarter is coming up at the end of this week so the school kids won't have P.E. anymore until the 4th quarter and Ella and Britton are going to be very sad.

 I'm glad I took some pictures yesterday since today was windy and kind of blew off all the leaves. :(

Sick Day

 

 I think everyone in our family has managed to get the nasty cold going around, except Cary.  Britty was tired and wanted his arms tickled. ☺

 Aidan had a really bad night last night with his lungs, so he stayed home from school and we're having a sick day that is including lots of TV.

 I forgot to have Cary take some shots of me this past week, so I had Aidan take some, so I ended up with some mirror self-portraits. ;) As I posted before, we're having gorgeous weather and I've been working in the yard taking advantage, but my body is paying the price today! Ouch.

22 weeks

Saturday Afternoon

This Sabbath afternoon was neither restful or relaxing and so by 3:00 in the afternoon we kicked everybody outside for snack time (including ourselves).

 Grandpa was out sweeping off his sidewalks. As far back as I can remember Grandma or Grandpa swept off their sidewalk every day, a habit I wish I would pick up.

 It was a really pretty day.

 Cary was out making inspections...and unfortunately found that we have a water leak, so he knows what he'll be doing all day Sunday.

 One of our water shut offs is right here on the side of the house and it's leaking, so under our house is wet too. Boo.
