So, it's pretty nice living next door to family. I can call Sharon up and ask her if one or two of the kids can go over to her house for a moment so I can regain some sanity. Sharon has been making popsicles (Thank you Pinterest) so Ella remembers to go over there every afternoon and ask for one. ☺
Britton is a fan too, but sometimes he just wants to chew on thepopsicle stick.
One of the lilac bushes in Grandpa Bob's yard. It's a different variety, and actually the bush isn't doing all that well. I'm thinking I might trim it back pretty hard once it's done blooming to see if that helps it come back.
Last weekend, David Rubin from Shiloh, Israel was visiting EskDale. David has written a couple of books, is the founder of the Shiloh Israel Children Fund, and he works with the people of Hayovel to help them find farms and vineyards to work in. (the Hayovel blog is in my lineup on the side if you've never checked out their site) It was very interesting to have him here and maybe we'll see him again. ☺
Phil flew him in and took him back, so here they are getting ready for take off.
In case you didn't know, when they take off on a dirt runway it's very dusty. ☺
