I know, I know, most ultrasound pictures look like black spots and hazy white clouds, but you can sort of make out what you're looking at in these pictures.
I had an appointment yesterday where we got to see the baby and I had 8 vials of blood taken. (Yes! 8!) They told me to go eat a steak afterwards. :-)

I also had to do a 24 hr urine sample before going to the dr. Let me tell you how much fun it is to pee in a jar and then store it in your fridge. Well, I was hungry but now that I've looked into the fridge I think I just lost my appetite.....

I survived. :-) Tomorrow I get an echo on my heart so hope all goes well at that appointment.

I also lost my appetite... just imagining what it looks like to open your fridge. ;) Ha ha. Just looking at the picture of my little neice/nephew to come, I'm getting very excited! :-)
Yay for ultrasound photos. That day made it seem like I really was pregnant and it wasn't just some sort of weird 4 month sickness I had. :)
Btw, I think it's just cruel that they take out so much blood all at once. They did that to me with Lily too. I don't remember what they do with it all but seeing as they can do amazing things with just a few drops of blood from crime scenes, you'd think that they wouldn't need eight vials of the stuff. Although, the glocuse test was probably the worst one of them all. I hope our kids appreciate all we do to "grow" them. :)
Yay for a baby!!! Good luck Nett!!
