Decorating Cookies

Caleb is an ambassador for 4H and he organized a decorating cookies event for the kids. (or Janille organized it...☺) Anyway, the kids loved it, and it's a good thing we did this since we missed the decorating graham cracker houses this year.

When Chris and Amanda were here over Thanksgiving, we arranged to have Sharon do a photo shoot with Gemma and Clara.

Hanks Family Get-together 2013

This year for our Hanks Winter Get-together, we met up in Joseph, UT and stayed in an old church turned into a family reunion spot. (much like the courthouse we stayed in last year) This building was so cold though and you'll see in most of the pictures we're all bundled up. I think at one point the kitchen finally warmed up to 64 degrees, and that was the warmest spot in the place. ☺

We had fun visiting with everyone though!

We were hoping to get a group photo, but it didn't happen this year.

 My great uncle and aunt, Vee and Vicki, joined us this year and it was a lot of fun having them.

 

Janille brought a gingerbread house for the kids to decorate, and they had a lot of fun with that.)
