It Feels Like Spring!

Finally!
The weather has been beautiful! It got up to 70 degrees here yesterday, I had two layers on Aidan and had to take the top shirt off because he was getting so hot.
We've all been fighting a cold and I'm afraid when your baby is sick you just plan on not getting a whole lot of sleep. We had quite the scare with Aidan the other night and almost rushed him to the hospital because he was having such a hard time breathing but we ended up getting his airways to clear somewhat. Hopefully this cold passes quickly.

Even though we're sick, we had to get out and enjoy the weather so we went for a quick after dinner jaunt.

We had to stop and rest for the fat lady. Aidan's new thing is to walk around everywhere with his hands behind his back.

Photo for the week, I'm getting to the point where I'm embarrased to tell people how far along I am since most people think I'm ready to have the baby. "Umm, nope. I still have 3 months to go, but thanks for the encouragement!"

We Like Weekends

It's nice to have a day or two where all three of us get to hang out
This morning we met up with Dan and Melanie at the park

It just kept getting colder and colder while we there

So we didn't last too long.

So we went back home

Later when it had warmed up some more we went out for a walk

Too bad it's Monday tomorrow.

Ugh.

I've got a cold and it's making me miserable and whiny.
And then there is this picture, it kind of tells the story of my day. (fat, miserable, etc....)

Aidan didn't want to miss out on the picture taking action.

Unfortunately he knows where they are and he can reach them, and my cupboard space is limited so I can't do a dang thing about it. :-)

Spring Tease

You just never know what the weather is going to be like lately. Monday was a blizzard, today was fairly nice and sunny and melted most of the snow.
Since it was decent Aidan and I headed outside.

First stop was to check the mail. Aidan is obsessed with keys right now.

"Now which key was it?"

After Aidan played with keys and mailboxes for a good hour (it felt like it!)or so I finally made him leave.

We saw some Ducks.

Aidan was pretty happy about that.

I know we need sun exposure.

But somehow I managed to get sunburned on my face even while wearing sunscreen. :-P
