Fall Colors on the Mountain

We've been needing family pictures done again and the trees were changing colors on the mountain, so we combined the two things again this year. Sharon took all the family pictures at the end. ☺

It was a good day and we saw lots of people we know also driving around enjoying the pretty scenery.

Wheel-a-thon 2015!

 Another year of the Wheel-a-thon! 

Aidan's first year at Baker, so he needed to try to ride 16 miles, and Ella was riding 8 miles. Britton was really bummed about not riding, so he convinced Cary to ride it so that he could go too. 

So that morning we got to Garrison to drop Cary, Britton and some bikes off, and Britton saw all the kids and got scared and didn't want to do it anymore, but we told him he had to anyway, so there were some tears at the start for a minute. He eventually calmed down and had fun and made it all 8 miles with some help from Cary. ;)

Ella made it all 8 miles, and Aidan said he rode in a truck for 2 miles, so he rode 14 miles.

Clara and I spent the time at Baker Hall helping prepare the lunch for when everyone was done.

The cats were exhausted from a long day too.

 A peaceful Saturday afternoon hanging out with this girl and the cats. I think this was the weekend that Cary had a stomach bug and spent the day in bed.

 

 Clara is going through a bit of a "pig pen" phase. ☺ I'll comb her hair and by the end of the day she's pulled it all out and is always wanting to be playing in the dirt.

Aidan got a couple of Calvin and Hobbes books for his birthday, he's really into them and thinks everyone else should be too. ;)
