Last Day of School

It was officially the last day of school so I wanted to get some pictures of them as they headed out the door. It's Aidan's last day of preschool as he'll be going to kindergarten next year. (sniff, sniff)

Aidan was being a slow poke though, so he wasn't ready to leave when Ella was. I don't know how we're ever going to get that boy out of the door in time for the school bus when school starts back up. =P

Ella was being a serious goof ball and Britty wanted to be a part of what was going on. ☺

(I promise that we will ditch the "Britty" nickname sometime in the near future...maybe)

Grandpa's Flowers

Since I don't have any flowers to speak of or look at in my yard, I go admire the flowers next door in my Grandpa's yard. Grandpa is almost 96 years old so Mark and Kiah are doing the bulk of the work in his yard now, and I try to help out where I can.

Sunny Days

 The weather has been so nice, so the kids just want to be outside. all. the. time. If they can't go outside then they drive me nuts until I make them go outside. ☺ The other day was like this and it was barely 9:00 in the morning! So they piled in the wagon and we went for a walk, and decided to go visit Cary down at the dairy where he was working that day.

 Cary and Ron are putting in a new pen down at the dairy.

 Kenneth stopped by, so Britton drove the car. ;)

 Latham introduced Britton to some of the heifers

 and then we went and visited grandpa John in the dairy office.

 after that adventure, we went and worked in my grandpa Bob's yard, trimming lilac bushes.

Later that day while Ella was walking to grandma Lois' house.
