The day started out on kind of a somber note since on our way to the wedding we passed an accident in Kings Canyon. A man riding a motorcyle with a woman riding on back, crashed, and the man died. A bunch of us passed this accident and saw the dead man laying there on the side of the road with the woman sitting next to him crying and looking devastated. It's been an image that I can't get out of my mind.
Thankfully, the day got much better and we made it to Jesse and Vanessa's wedding without anymore mishaps. We celebrated the circle of life and new beginnings.
