John H. is moving so fast that he's already poured more cement for this wall since I took these pictures.

Hello April

What's the saying? March goes out like a lion, April in like a lamb. Here's to hoping it's true,
'cause this is what the end of March looked like.
We had some HORRIBLE wind on Tuesday, and then it snowed all. day. yesterday. Today is sunny, calm and showing a little bit of promise, so I'll go ahead and ignore the forecast that says we're getting more snow tonight. ☺
Aidan had his first sleepover last night at Janille's house. It's been kind of weird for me to only take care of one child, unfortunately, he's not the one that wakes me up at night. ;o)

Also, today is Cary's birthday and being the awesome wife I am, I ditched him this week. (Love you babe, happy birthday! ♥)

Passover Seder 2010

We celebrated the Passover Seder Tuesday night.
It was a pretty small group this year, I don't think we even had 70 people.
(Aidan sporting a grape juice moustache)
Blessed are You, O Lord our God, King of the universe, creator of the fruit of the vine...
It's pretty much tradition for the kids to sing "No, No, No" a song about Pharaoh saying no to Moses, written by my mother in law.

Next year in Jerusalem!

Before

John H. has been a busy man!
He's been doing a lot of work over by the Center, and he's done some work here in the center of the community.
I think the plan is to have all this middle area completed and landscaped by next Sukkot.

All the World is a Drum

During church Aidan was going around and gathering all the extra books to be his "drum".
Every now and then the weather is nice enough to go for a walk.
We've left Cary all alone this week while we stayed in EskDale to "help" with the Pesach (Passover) feast preparations. The Seder is tomorrow and this weekend is our Feast weekend.

Highway of Love

I don't know about the rest of you married people, but sometimes when we take trips, Cary and I resemble the song "Highway of Love" (from the musical I love you, you're perfect, now change)
Our dialogue usually includes me pestering Cary to let me drive since he is falling asleep most of the time,
BUT being in the car is usually where we end up having our best conversations, so I guess we have to take the good and the bad. ☺
(photos taken on our trip today, the weather was all sorts of crazy, must be Spring!)
