Sunday, Sunday

Last weekend, Nick and Tiffany decided they wanted to cook lunch for all of us.
So on Sunday we all headed to Jesse's house.
Thankfully, one of Jesse's housemates has a 4 yr old son that visits on the weekends, so our boys had toys to play with.
I can't NOT have pictures of Ella. :-)
She's such a cute little chunk
Watching us eat
Kenneth dropped by, since he was going to be staying with us that night
and then go to the fair with me the next day to watch the kids.
Good food, good company, good times.

State Fair (photo overload)

Yesterday was the Holstein show at the state fair.
Christian "watching the cows"
You know, sometimes I'm glad that I get to show up on show day and take pictures instead of being in the barn for 4-5 days with little sleep and lots of hard work.
Thank heavens Kenneth came in to watch my kids for me!
Chandra and Ben hard at work
I have LOTS of pictures of cows, I'm guessing no one wants to see all of them except for dad and Ben? ;-)
Someone's little boy found a puddle and was stomping in it.
It was even made MORE fun when he found his reflection in the window.
But he always made sure to stop and clap when everyone else was. "Yay!"
Cows behinds, I have lots more of those pictures too.
The motley crew :-)
It was cold right then. In typical Utah weather fashion, it was really hot and sunny earlier in the day, rainy, windy and freezing by the end.
Crystal was tired. :-) I remember those days and thinking that the wood chips looked so soft and comfy to lay in, or if I could just go lay on a cow.
After the show is over, they have an ice cream social and all the dairy people can get in free. Considering we had to run in the wind and rain to get there, ice cream wasn't sounding all that great. Jesse still stocked up on Creamies and Fat Boy's to take for snacks at work. :-) (He took a break from work to come to the ice cream social with us) ha.
After an extremely long day, we went out to eat.
and Cary came too.
Unfortunately, for Ben, Dad, and Crystal, they had to go back to the show, load up the truck and trailer at 9:00 (they don't let you enter the fairgrounds to pack up until 9:00 PM) and then they had a 4-5 hr drive back home.
Thanks Ken!
Couldn't have done it without you.....I probably would have tried, given up around noon, packed up, and gone home.

I'm hoping...

to be able to update later. It's been a couple of crazy busy days and we have a park meet-up this morning.

Sorry!

Before Blogger/ Blogspot, there was Xanga.....
If you are subscribed to this blog, there is a chance that you are getting tons of updates from me. SORRY! I'm currently in the process of transfering all of my old xanga posts over here so that. 1. they will all be the same spot. 2. I want to delete the xanga, but not lose all that I wrote about, considering alot happened in that time, (going to school, getting married, pregnant, having a baby, etc....) 3. I eventually want to make a blog book, so that I never need print another picture or have a picture album again. Amen. ;-)
So anyway, I'm still in the process and still have pictures to transfer too....does this make me pathetic? :-) Probably.
I don't care though.
Now, if there were only a way to transfer all the comments!

So someday when you are incredibly bored looking for a good time down memory lane, go check out my archives. :-)

Good News!

Ella watching me while I cook.
Pretty soon I realized it was WAY too quiet.
So I went looking...
and found Aidan like this.
On another note: I forgot to share Aidan's blood test results! Dr C called last week and told me that Aidan's neutraphil level is up to 3.5 K/uL. To put it in perspective....when Aidan was 4 months old his neutraphil level was 0.4. Normal is 1.5 -8.5 K/uL(or 10.0) depending on how old they are. When he was a year old his level was 0.9, and last February it was 1.1 K/uL, so it really has jumped in the last 6 months! Dr. C was so excited he mailed me a copy of the result sheet. This means Aidan is now "normal" and we don't have to worry about it any longer (i.e...no more blood tests). Yay! :-)

Cary wants one. Well, really he already has two, but he wants another.
Chad just got a new motorcycle
He came by to show it off
Ok, really he had to come and get his phone that he left here the night before
Later we all went to Josh and Kiera's to hang out and visit
